I cut off his left leg as near to the groin as possible and then rotated it. I glued it in place and then filled a little with green stuff and then tidyed it up with a file.

To make the running pose look "real", you should pick arms that make the pose look unbalanced.

I cut off his hair and rotated it so that it flies out to his left instead of to his right. The joint between the hair and his skull is so small that I pinned it as well as glueing it, just to make sure it held.

His left hand originally held a chainsword but I cut this away and replaced it with a looted space marine power-sword.
